In 1996, Michael Jordan and the nearly unstoppable 72-10 Chicago Bulls took down Gary Payton, Shawn Kemp and the now defunct Seattle Supersonics in six games to capture their fourth NBA Championship. A few weeks ago, we showed you a preview of the upcoming Supersonics editions from the ongoing Nike Free Run 2 Low Phat Championship Packs, and now Womens Nike Free Run 3 0 V4 we get some better looks at both the home and away colorways. The midsoles Nike Footscape Free that looked so dark in the original pics are more visibly green in these images, giving the shoes much more of a Sonics feel. It’s well-documented that the idea of Nike Free Run Fusions is a touchy subject with a lot of sneakerheads, but in this case, some of you might have a slightly better reaction to this Nike Free Run 5.0 V1 latest Nike Free Run hybrid. This remote controlled Camaro has been customized to take on the characteristics of the Fire Red Nike Free Run 3, from the layout and color-blocking, right down to some panels of Elephant print wrapping around the hood and trunk areas. This is not the first time that the similarities between car and sneaker design has been so evident, but this example certainly shows off a pretty seamless transition. To really make this concept legit, actual laces have been included across the roof section and even a mock Nike Free Run hangtag has been created with the Jumpman logo holding a Chevy symbol instead of a basketball. Black and Yellow has been owned by the LIVEstrong camp for the last few years, but with no true Jordan Brand x LIVEstrong release, we can only think of ‘Thunder and Lightning’. So had these Spiz’ike samples released (originally intended for Spring/Summer 2012), the ‘Thunder’ moniker would’ve followed suit rather seamlessly, would it not? The USA Mens Basketball squad, otherwise known as the Dream Team, will make another appearance this June, bolstered by a selection of veterans  and newcomers that should place the red, white, and blue at the top of the international grouping. One of those superstars is Kobe Bryant, who will look to add a second Olympic Gold Medal to his already stacked trophy case, and will do so wearing this fitting colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe V2.
